Mary Driscoll Joins ZRG as Managing Director, Interim Solutions & Project Consulting

ROCHELLE PARK, N.J. – ZRG announced today that Mary Driscoll has joined the firm as Managing Director, Interim Solutions and Project Consulting, strengthening the firm's ability to help clients access interim leadership expertise during periods of growth, change and business evolution.

Driscoll brings 20 years of experience in executive recruitment and interim leadership solutions. She specializes in identifying senior interim leaders who can deliver impact, transformation and change at critical points in an organization's journey. At ZRG, she will lead interim solutions across Supply Chain, Operations and Human Resources.

Since establishing her own business in 2009, Driscoll has built and led interim businesses and specialist practices across multiple functional areas, including Supply Chain, Operations, Human Resources and Finance. Her career has spanned both entrepreneurial boutique environments and global organizations, giving her a unique perspective on how specialized talent solutions can help clients navigate complex business challenges.

Known for building successful interim practices and connecting organizations with high-impact executives, Driscoll has developed a strong network of senior interim leaders and has successfully delivered complex appointments for organizations ranging from FTSE 100 companies to private equity and venture capital-backed businesses.
