She specializes in driving end-to-end search execution for complex, high-value engagements, partnering closely with Managing Directors and client stakeholders to ensure precision, pace, and quality throughout the process.

Jamie oversees search delivery operations, leading candidate development, client communication, and workflow optimization across multi-partner teams. She is known for enhancing partner leverage, elevating client readiness, and ensuring a seamless experience from kickoff through placement. Her work consistently supports business development efforts by strengthening long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.

Prior to executive search, Jamie spent 12 years at Procter & Gamble as a Project Manager, where she helped advance the company’s innovation capabilities. She led cross-functional initiatives within P&G’s Physical Innovation Venue (GYM), developing strategic presentations and content focused on innovation and creative problem solving.
